Great stand! Holds my heavier freeride bike at any height, and it was a snap to assemble. I had an issue with the shipper, they failed to notice a part missing, when I inquired about a replacement part direct from Park Tool they sent it no questions asked!

it works as expected. Now I know why park tools updated the Arm that hod the frame. My issue with only giving it 4 stars is a personal one. it's the 1st bike stand I purchase that is too tall for me at 162.5cm or 63in. i will need to cut it down by 12in so I can be able to lower the bike more.
