Yes, this is the same vintage Paradise Found shirt as worn by Tom Selleck as "Magnum, P.I." decades ago. I had one like it years ago, purchased in a backstreet "seconds" shop in Honolulu; it never fit right. This shirt does!! I wear an XL, and this shirt felt great from the moment I first put it on. The fit is perfect; the fabric is cool and comfortable. The colors are vivid and have held up well over several washes. This is not a knockoff made in China, Vietnam, or somewhere else. I found the sizing to be perfect. Not as loose as I wanted maybe but actually true to size. It feels great and looks great. It does tend to wrinkle easily but to be expected, so be aware if you care about that sort of thing. Not sure how long it will last but feels like true quality cloth and materials, not too heavy but not so light as to feel cheap. Definitely will be buying more shirts like this from this company in the future. They deserve the praise. This isn't a cheap product in terms of quality. It's clear they make their products for function not just to wear once or twice then never again.. but to be something you will wear for years to come. ... show more

This is my second Paradise Found Shirt and I love it so much I just ordered a third. I love wearing these aloha type shirts and over the years I have bought a half dozen less expensive brands. After one or two seasons of wearing them they all started to feel and look cheap and I ended up donating them to Goodwill. I bought my first Paradise Found shirt 10+ years and it has maintained it's color, shape and sizing, and after many washings it has an almost new look to it. out in public places I have received many compliments about it and have been asked where I bought it. That never happened with any of my other aloha shirts. Last week when I decided to update my aloha shirts I decided that this time I would spend the extra money on the better quality Paradise Found shirts and I am so very happy that I did. The first time I wore it was yesterday and I received 3 unsolicited compliments about it. It's just a very comfortable rich looking shirt that has very good eye appeal. Normally I wear XL T-Shirts because I like them a little loose, but for this shirt I ordered size Large and it fits extremely well. In my case and XL in this shirt would have been very baggy for me. I can't recommend the Paradise Brand any more than this, if you are looking to add an aloha type shirt to your wardrobe, you would be better buying one of these instead of two or three of the less expensive brands. ... show more

I will be spending several months in Hawaii and was encouraged by a friend to get the “Magnum PI” Hawaiian shirt. I typically wear XL in most shirts and Amazon recommended the XL for me based on my past purchases and customer reviews of this particular shirt. I used the ‘try before you buy’ option and ordered the XL. The shirt was very big on me and blousy. I returned it for a L and am much happier with the fit of the L. The shirt is nice quality and looks great. 4 stars only because of the expensive price and the fact that it seems to run big, but a very nice shirt. If the quality wasn’t as good as it is, the price would be more upsetting, but since it’s such a nice shirt, I can live with the price. ... show more
