One step install (screw arm to base with rubber washer between them). Rock solid, really attractive, heavy enough not to let you tear off towels, and big enough to take a triple or "mega" roll. I liked it enough that I bought two more for other places in the house. Protip: DON'T FORGET to put the clear rubber washer on before you screw on the arm part, it helps keep it stable and solid and lets you tighten it fully down.
