works great the other reviews that say the holes are really small are very accurate. I just took a pair of skinny tweezers and pushed the back inside and it fit in really well didn’t break. It is pretty powerful. Mine came with adjustable straps. It fits really well overall I would buy it again. I just got it today so I don’t know how it holds up overtime but so far good purchase. The app worked really well too had no issues trying to get it to connect. and you don’t need to keep the box for the barcode. You just need to keep the little pamphlet in case it disconnects, but I connected it went out of the app closed it out, went back in, and it was still connected to my device. Was a lot of fun but will not recharge. I don't know why we followed all instructions and no "good vibrations". My girlfriend loved it and was eager to try it for a second round of play, but no matter what we tried we could not get it to charge. Every time we attempted to attach the charging cable it jut falls off. It was great fun for the 40 minutes it worked. If the charging issue can be resolved it would be a first class toy. I understand why it is non returnable but being defective it should be replaced and for some reason amazon says this is not possible. I would rate this toy very highly if it was not defective in regards to the charging issue. My gf found it very stimulating and comfortable to wear and was incredibly disappointed to find out she was only going to enjoy its pleasure once. ... show more

I forgot to write this the same day I received it, but the straps don't come inserted to the toy and the holes to insert them are reallyyyyy small. In the process of attaching them, the bottom hole broke due to how thin the rubber around the hole is. Believe me, I am not that strong. I had serious trouble putting on the other two, and this one just broke on me. So yeah, quality there not that great. If it wasn't for that, the review would be 5 stars, because it is such a great product and it works as intended. My partner and I have had a lot of fun with it 🤭. Just making sure that people know that you will probably not be able to actually wear it. Update: a few days after submitting my review someone from customer service reached out to me apologizing for the inconvenience and offering to send a new one. I accepted and this time the straps came assembled! So, yeah. Excellent service, solved my problem, and the toy works perfectly so I am changing to 5 stars! ... show more

Was super easy to set up on the app. However my device won’t connect to the app unless my phone is RIGHT next to it which is kinda frustrating. Don’t let the size fool you, this little toy is powerful as heck and definitely gets the job done! As far as the sound, I would be a little nervous to wear in public but will try out sometime! The strap is NOT for plus size women. I normally wear a 3X in shorts, capris, & pants. Yet this trap is NOT adjustible, it stretches out and is NOT able to fit on me. The App is a pain to get into. Took me over an hour to figure it all out. You really have to do some trial and error stuff to figure it out. The toy is usable, even without the straps. The App does nt allow for distance though. My boyfriend literally had to be withont 2 feet from me in order to get it to work. When I went online to find help, all I found was how to download it. I already have it, I need assistance in getting it to work properly! Overall, I would NOT suggest this toy with all the bells and whistles. It works amazing. She loves it! We where excited to use it out and about. However, when standing and walking the app. Did not work. She has a thick bottom and thighs so I'm not sure if it was the app or signal couldn't reach the device 😉. No help available to ask questions.
