Cannot believe how disappointed I am in Pandora. This necklace came tied in a knot which I can't even get a part without being fearful of breaking the dainty little chain. It was delivered in a plastic ziplock bag with a flimsy brown cardboard box that doesn't even fold together nicely.I will 100% be returning this and as a long-time customer with Pandora.
