When this bag arrived, I thought it was smaller than advertised/anticipated... then I started to load in all my tools and extra metal detecting materials, and it has been AWESOME at holding All of it! Super suprizing - Love It! Here's how much it carries: My AT Pro Pinpointer (with retractable cord clipped to D-ring); Sod-cutter trowel; Pair of Work Gloves; Thin foam pad; Micro-fiber Cloth; Toothbrush; Denture cleaning brush; 7-Target Markers; Small Magnet (on a whistle keychain); Large Magnet on plastic keychain; Lite-up Magnifying glass; "Top-Pocket" zip-closure vinyl bag; Business Cards; Travel Kleenix Pkg; Permanent Markers (Black & Silver); two Ziplock baggies; One 4-gal. plastic bag; Car Keys in mesh side pocket; Attached to D-Rings = Small Flashlight; and Pull-pin Alarm. i got this as a gift for my birthday, i had shown my mom what i needed and she got me this one, i recently started metal detecting and this has really made things so much easier. i have everything right in reach. i have had to find something like a belt to affix it to my waist which i had to find before i could use it. which was the only negative really. it has a place for everything your gonna need. i am continued to be amazed at how well the pin pointer fits in the little slot for it. it’s perfect. the main pocket has a pull string so you can sinch it closed. i fit my small hand held shovel in this pocket and it’s perfect for this as well because it’s like they thought of everything! it has little drain holes in the bottom. they are metal and the fabric allows you to just rinse it off if u need to. On the other side it has a little bit larger pocket and it is a mesh type material i think it’s for a water bottle or you could put your spray bottle in there. i put my toothbrush and spray bottle in it. It has a really nice material which you can wipe off. There are also a couple more pockets on the inside and outside which i put things i definitely don’t wanna lose in there. i am overall really happy she got me this one. it makes things so much easier because you need to carry several things with you out in the middle of nowhere and pockets aren’t just enough. I can totally tell this product was given a lot of thought during the process and i definitely think anyone out metal detecting or doing something they need to carry tools with you, this would be great! i’d definitely suggest this to all my metal detecting buds! ... show more

    • Handy but smaller than anticipated
His bag seems to be very well made. It has several good features such as the drawstring top so it can be closed /opened easily with gloves on. The straps with snaps to attach it to a belt seem sturdy, and I like the fact it hasadditional horizontal slots so I can put longer straps through and wear it on my chest or even back if I chose.I like the pockets inside but will see how well they hold up as it gets more usage. Two things I am not pleased with are the size--it's smaller than I thought it would be --and i wish the handheld pointer sleeve was on the right side instead of the left. Just more convenient for right handers. No that the snow has finally disappeared in Upstate NY, I'll use this bag more and see how it holds up. ... show more

    • Overall great "Finds pouch" for detecting
I've had this pouch a month or so and it's holding up well. The size and pocket layout is good (I'd call it medium sized overall) , although the small front pocket will only fit a small container (won't fit a cell Phone) the side loop fits my pointer detector just fine. The main pouch is a good size, and will easily fit larger trash etc. I also just drop my hand digging tool into the main pouch, as I don't have a sheath for it. There are a couple of grommets at the bottom of the main pouch, which might let water our, but they don't really let dirt fall through, so you will need to occasionally give it a good shake out. ... show more

So first off I was surprised that this pouch isn't bigger than it is. I was expecting it to be slightly bigger based on the pictures. However it does hold a fair amount of stuff. I really like the pinpointer holder since it fits my pinpointer perfectly. I wish it had a belt attached to it since the belt loops that are attached are a bit loose so the bag wants to hang at a bit of a weird angle. The material that it's made of is quite heavy duty so that's a plus. It's easy to rinse off if it gets dirty as well. All in all I think it's a decent value for the money. ... show more
