I bought this to rub on my hip replacement scar. It worked great. I needed 2 tubes for 6+ months but am still using 2nd tube. Used almost daily for 6 months and still have some in tube 2. It's thick enough to massage the scar without being greasy. Pleasant mild smell. My scar healed well & on advice of physical therapy I still use it to do deep tissue massage on my scar. The cream itself works GREAT! However, in the tube it separates and no matter how hard or for how long I shake it, it still comes out separated. The tub doesn’t. Sometimes all I get out is oil. I would get the bigger size to avoid that problem.

I love Palmers to begin with so when my Aunt recommended this to me I had to try it immediately. My Aunt has a few scars from Lupus and it performed a miracle on on her arms and I have Lymphoedema in my legs and the skin is extremely dry and knots are all on my lower leg. Many times the lemphatic fluid comes through the skin and causes them to scab up. This cream was a miracle in a tube for me. I didn't use an excessive amount because the tube is rather small but it is so effective it is worth it. It cleared up my legs in no time my skin looks so smooth not as flaky and scaley. I was so pleased with the results. A Dr I see asked me what I was using I told him IT WORKS WONDERFULLY. I have looked for a larger container and there is a jar that looks similar but it isn't concentrated like the tube. Little secret. I also tried it on my face!
