This worked better than expected. Easy to use. Just put the packet in the filter basket and run the coffee under ‘Clean Mode’ (if option is available). Make sure that you fill the water tank up to its capacity. Discard the used solution carefully. As it uses some bleaching agent. BEFORE USE, ran the coffee AGAIN at a minimum 2X to remove all the residue/cleaning agent making sure you fill the tank. ... show more

I would love to know what is in this stuff that melts coffee residue off my metal thermal carafe. It's like magic. Works in discolored tea kettles, too. Yes, it will turn your fingers blue, so handle properly.

This product is awesome! I can’t say enough. I use it on a stainless steel coffee pot with build up. I tried many other products to remove buildup that did not work. After using this, the stainless steel is sparkling! I love this stuff!
