Horrible. I purchased 2 trackers and both returned the same results. It does not track. I used for a little over 20 days on 2 very active dogs that are outside A LOT. Not once did the trackers track their movements. The trackers always thought my dogs were inside the home. Never alerted when they left the virtual fence. I would be purposely going outside the virtual fence for long periods of time with the dogs and the trackers would still show the dogs were inside the home. Only once did one of the trackers alert to movement but it was a time the dog was inside on the couch next to me and the tracker alerted me the dog suddenly was 2 miles away. The other tracker towards the end would start beeping every 10 seconds and couldn't be turned off. I had to take the tracker and put it outside ander the battery run down so it would stop beeping. I really had wished this had worked but simply it just failed. ... show more

I purchased this tracker for my dog that I have just adopted and intend on letting it stay in the backyard while I’m at work. I wanted to use a tracker in case he got out while I was gone. This one seemed perfect and it was… until I noticed the battery life was short. I charged it to 100% on Sunday and by Tuesday it was at 1%. I messaged customer service and they advised that the tracker only lasted 5-12 hours when used continuously and this tracker is better suited for spontaneous, short time limits. If it wasn’t for this issue then the tracker would be perfect and I intended on purchasing a second one for my other dog. ... show more
