These are fairly comfortable for silicone gauges, I don't usually wear silicone because it's slightly irritating to my ears but it is a necessity for me for clinicals and these ones are the least irritating ones I've found so far they blend into my skin fairly well also but everyone's skin tone is different and no one can expect an exact match. My only real kinda downside is that they are too long, but again everyone's ears are different so that's not too unexpected either. Overall really good ... show more
