Don't get me wrong, they are cute designs for an 8 yr old to paint. (He was so excited about these) but they are shaped a bit odd. And what's up with the foam backing? Definitely wouldn't want to put them in a garden without sealing EVERYTHING!

My children spent hours painting these stones. They placed in the garden and after just two days, one day it rained, the paint came off. Kids upset. Won't buy again from this seller.

Without having to actually manufacture the stones, let them dry, and then paint them, this is a terrific way to let kids create some stepping stones. I absolutely enjoy those, but there are times when it's good to have something a little simpler. We haven't really painted them yet because I am delaying this task. If I discover anything else after painting that merits mentioning, I will update the review. I enjoy that this kit includes 5 various stones, all of which have adorable and entertaining designs. I ordered two and only received one. Itโ€™s fine, it is as small as it is shown, doesnโ€™t look like itโ€™ll hold up on any kind of weather. Over all disappointed but it was a gamble, mostly mad about paying double for one iffy item.

The media could not be loaded. This paint and brush set is really nice. It comes with 3 paint strips & 4 paint brushes. The paint is non-toxic and washes out easily. The set is easy to use and a good value for the money. This is a giftable set. I really like the ceramic choices in this set. We had fun painting.
