I wanted a white fluffy rug for my Barbie dream loft and was hesitant because of the low price point but the quality is extremely high for this price as I wasn’t wanting to spend $200 plus for a rug. This rug surpassed my expectations! I have ordered 3 of these rugs so far and my kids love them! To be completely honest, I was disappointed when I took the first rug out of the package. Once you give it a day or two the smell and the wrinkles go away and you're left with a super comfy, fluffy rug. The color is beautiful and the rug does not seem to move around at all on our wood floor or on the carpet. These rugs are perfect for bedrooms and playrooms. The media could not be loaded. Purchased this to put down as a layer inside our camping tent. It’s bright, fun & will make the tent cozier. This rug arrived in a vacuumed packed bag and was fully compressed like a brick. After unpacking, it had folds & creases as expected but after shaking it out a few times & laying it flat, the creases are diminishing. I may put it in the dryer on fluff or very low heat to help it along. This rug is not too thick & very light weight which is what I wanted., so it takes up less room when we pack up our camping gear & it doesn’t add much poundage to the RV or tow vehicle. The fibers are very soft & silky almost like an infants plush toy. It sheds a little but not excessively. I wouldn’t lay on it with dark clothing tho for sure. It feels nice on bare feet but it does flatten out a bit in spots when you walk on it. So it’s more of an accent rug or layer like I will use it in my camping tent. Not meant for traffic areas or as main carpeting. It shakes out very easy & then fluffs up again. The only way I can describe the backing is ,it is like a bed quilt or thin soft padding with a slight coating & tiny rubber dots that help it to not slide too much. It has a nice sewn fabric edge border which gives it more substance & strength. Upon opening the plastic packaging I noticed a slight smell like kids acrylic paint but it wasn’t bothersome. I’ll have to look up how to clean or wash it because it did not come with any paper insert or manufacturers tags at all… Overall a cute fun accent piece. Looking forward to glamping with it! True to its description & size. The color is like a celery green. I will update later about it’s longevity & how it holds up if it needs to be cleaned. ... show more

I use this in my child’s room. I almost put it in the playroom. It’s a favorite with the kids. They are young and like to lay on it and sometimes under it. They use this rug as a tent and car track. My point is, for a cute area rug, it’s extremely versatile for what I purchased it for initially. It holds up well with vacuuming and depending on how you feel about machine washing I have machine washed this and it does soften the backing up but again it’s not required. Exactly what I wanted. Much more cushion considering how much it was compressed for shipping. Shag is hard to clean, and the issue with this is the massive amount of static electricity it generates if you try to vacuum it. Shake it out instead.

we were very surprised by the small package - we probably didn't read all the copy - it comes vacuum packed in a small plastic bag - looks nothing like a rug but expands quickly. it's not a plush rug but it is super soft - great value for the price. we did the 4x6 in grey for college bedroom.
