Buyer beware - Do Not Buy This Watch. I recieved my watch yesterday and charged it as recommended. Since then I have spent hours trying to get it to work. 1) The English translation of the instructions is horrible and according to my friend the Chinese is also gibberish. 2) The QR code takes you to a file that will not dowload and thr only "BT Notifier" app I could find crashes each time you try to connect. Without a bluetooth connection the only working function is the clock, if you can set it. 3) There are some functions like FB that will only work with a SIM card. 4) The touch screen does not seem to work across the whole screen and some spots are overly sensitive. 5) Maybe this is just an issue with mine, but now every time I interact with something on the watche screen I get a busted speaker cracking sound. I've turned it off and will be returning immideatly. I did not have high expectations for such a cheap device, but I did expect to actually work.

Edited to add: the watch died after only using it for three hours, and now it won’t turn on again. I have been charging it for hours and it will not start up. I am extremely disappointed in this product. I knew it was cheap but I still expected it to work at least a LITTLE bit. I am beyond frustrated with this watch. The information states it is compatible with IOS, however I can ONLY get phone calls through Bluetooth. I can’t use the internet, can’t receive or send text messages, my SIM card won’t work. I keep getting a notification saying “please insert valid SIM card” and I have bought TWO different SIM cards and two different plans hoping it would work, just to keep receiving the same error message. The watch overall would be nice if I would actually be able to use it. I am pretty tech savvy and still can not figure out this watch. Total waste of money.

I had been contemplated getting a smart watch for awhile now. I really wanted a Samsung Watch or a Fossil, but this one came to me as a gift. I like it and it will suffice until I am ready to spend $300 on a watch. I broke the first and orders another. Great price great watch. It doesn't sync with Samsung Health but oh well!

This is the best smartish watch I have ever bought for less than 20 dollars. Seriously, for this price, I expected a complete POS, instead I received a fully functioning watch. This was a gift for my wife, who appreciates surprises from time to time. I am constantly on the loo out for things that are cheap and unexpected for her. Well this was both. I can tell you that this is "smartish because you can't add software or features like a regular smart watch, but what is comes standard with work as they describe. The caner is very low quality, but the fact that is has one at all is a bonus. I added a 32gb memory card so it will hold more pictures than a person can take in a lifetime. It can send a take calls with a linked bluetooth phone, it can even have a SIM card put into it and function as a fully functioning phone. I have not tested that feature as we don't need it. The touch screen actually works. I was suspicious that it came with a function touch screen for this price, but it does. Honestly, I don't know how long this thing will last, but for the price, it is amazing. I could buy 15 of them for the price I paid for my smart watch. So, if you are looking for a "smartish" watch for low price, or for a kid, or someone like my father-in-law who likes to have the latest gadget but never learns how to use it, this is the perfect gift.

The media could not be loaded. I'm so not happy about it 😞 the watch is damaged and on top of this it has an old password that I don't know, since I received it this morning I had to put it on charge. But I did take it off charge for 1 hour due to over hitting, and then I put it back, till now it's still not full, it's saying low battery. I need my money back to get another one from a different company. SMH🤦🏾♀️

We just purchased two of these smart watches knowing full well that we might not get full functionality with our iPhones 5C and 7. The 5C actually was able to download Contacts from iPhone but the 7 didn’t. They both pair without any trouble. Our cell phone provider is Verizon. They told us that the SIM card for the DZ09 is not compatible with Verizon, that a GSM SIM card is only for AT&T. BUT we are really happy with the functions that do work; the activity tracker, pedometer, sleep monitor and sedentary reminder. We can answer incoming calls if within range of our phones. For the price and the look we’re pretty happy.
