I am obsessed with my new comforter!!!! TY to Pacific Coast! This is a superiror, HIGH QUALITY luxury bed comforter. I don’t sweat under this!!!! I own and use a BB wool filled comforter and two Mulberry silk filled comforters that were quite costly. I am INCREDIBLY picky about what goes against my skin, especially while sleeping. This comforter is just as luxurious as my other 2. Currently, I'm sleeping with 2 comforters, one is a silk filled one and the other is this PACIFIC COAST down fiber one. I have a THX SILK amazon brand mulberry silk duvet cover over my PAC COAST down comforter. Someone will inevitably come on here and say " I returned it because it was thin and it seemed cheap because it was thin". I see this frequently on feather and silk filled comforter reviews. This is likely due to the reviewer being accustomed to using thick polyester filled comforters. Polyester comforters have to be made thick in order to be fluffy and warm. Feathers or down, as well as any type of silk, do not need to be thick to be warm nor fluffy! By the way , polyester does NOT breathe--no matter what a seller states in their ad page! I don't have time to dive deep into this right now, but when it comes to natural, breathable, clean, healthy safe fibers such as feathers, silk or down filled comforters, thickness is not the key. It's the quality of the filling and the fill power. For a lightweight fill comforter, a fill power of 500 is good for warmer climates, or if you simply prefer a lighter and cool, yet still fluffy, option. A 650 feather fill power is also lightweight, but warm (though not sweaty) and offers a good balance of loft and solid insulation, perfect for year round use. This is the BEST down fiber comforter on the market, and I say that because I am a loyal long time PACIFIC COAST bedding customer. I'm not receiving commission nor do I work for Amazon nor PAC COAST. I'm just letting you know my fabulous, luxurious experience with PAC COAST bedding over the decades. Their bedding products are above and beyond high standards, and they are durable. This comforter keeps my body temperature regulated while I sleep. I have never sweated while using this comforter now for an entire month. I still have my first goose down and feather pillows from them, circa 2001. Talk about durability! I pop them in the dryer now and then to re-fluff and sanitize, then spray them with my wool and cashmere spray from The Laundress. For decades, I have been a loyal customer of PACIFIC COAST bedding. This is due to my my initial experience with PACIFIC COAST, began in the early 2000s with the purchase of my first two down chamber and feather pillows that were from QVC. Subsequent purchases of feather/down pillows from Macy's did not match the luxurious quality, as the fill ratio and feather quality were inferior. I can confidently state that I will never purchase goose down and feather bedding products from any other brand. I sincerely hope this company continues its operations, as many luxury goods stores have unfortunately closed or are in Bankruptcy since Post-Pandemic. This came packaged so CLASSY and beautifully, with much attention to detail and pride 💕 A white zippered storage or travel bag is included and a beautiful scent tag for storage freshness! The border hem is beautiful, almost like an elegant French rolled hem, and is navy blue with the PACIFIC COAST branding on it. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their attention to these small details, this border edging is built to last. I ordered the king size to completely cover my queen size bed because I like my comforters over-sized . It drapes so beautifully over the mattress edges. This King size was ideal for my Queen size bed for sharing purposes. This is priced so very well for the quality. I have to pay taxes on every "free" gift, so I am selective. My sleep quality is INCREDIBLY sound, comfortable and peaceful--and I feel refreshed when I wake up. I really enjoy sleeping with this comforter and do NOT want to get out of bed! I can't express enough how much I LOVE this comforter, 100 stars! PS I held up the comforter to my Bedroom light so you can see the fill in each square! See photo.
