I've been trying to find a pillow for my chronic neck pain for years. Ive bought over 10 pillows - returning all because they never helped. I also have Fibromyalgia and getting any kind of comfortable sleep is hard. I went out of town recently and stayed at a Courtyard by Marriott. I slept on their pillow and LOVED it. Before I left I took pics to see if the tags had ANY indication what kind of pillow it was. It only had a SKU# on the tag - no brand name. I Googled it & found this pillow. I bought it off Amazon bc I've found buying off websites other than here can be problematic for returns. Im not saying they wouldn't, im just saying I won't chance it. The pillow is pricy!     • Nicely Made But Lacking Neck Support

For the price of these pillows and the reviews on line, I had high expectations that the pillows would be the best! I let them fluff upon opening, and they felt kind of heavy and substantial yet soft. However, I was very disappointed the first night because I awoke with my head basically on the bed with the down and feathers bunched on both sides. I thought if I tried again, maybe it would be different. The next night I was positioned differently, but still awoke with the feathers on either side of the pillow. By the third night, I awoke with a bit of a stiff neck. The pillows I received offered virtually no support; I couldn't feel any "inner" pillow (but maybe it isn't supposed to be felt?). The pillows are nicely made, and likely are filled with "700 fill" quality down and feathers. I detected no smells or feathers poking through, and the cover feels nice. It seems like some of the pillows behave differently, as so many reviewers like this pillow. Although I really wanted to love these pillows, I sent them back today for a refund. ... show more

Hello, So I am a longtime Pacific Coast Pillow customer so I feel I have a lot of insight on weather these pillows are worth your money. We received these pillows in the standard Pacific Coast package, and were very excited to have them, as I have been a consumer since 2003. As many other people have pointed out though, and I will agree, first impressions are these pillows seem a bit softer then I remember. After a week of use, and a bit of break in, that assessment is spot on. The whole purpose of these pillows is the support and the softness. However, even looking at some of my older pillows, it would seem Pacific Coast is NOT putting the same amount of fill as they once were so these pillows literally fall FLAT! This is disappointing, however, they are very soft, but lack the overall support I have come to expect through the years. Unfortunately, this will be my last set of Pacific Coast pillows....I was a very longtime faithful customer, but these pillows truly lack more then a mere half the fill as the older ones, and flatten out pretty quick. Seems like a cost-cutting move on Pacific Coast's part, to bad, would not recommend buying these pillows. Thank You Joe M. Montana ... show more

These pillows are excellent quality. They are a great price for what you are getting. Yes, they cost more than some other pillows but they are very reasonable for what you get. Many pillows in this price range give you a mixture of 95% feather to 5% down. These have the feathers and down mixed together in one clump which means that the feathers will eventually poke out and stab you. These pillows have the feathers in an inner core pillow and then a second outer core that is completely soft down. This results in a much softer feel and no feathers stabbing through. First off, no, i dont work for this company. Second, i have been traveling for 15 years, ALWAYS at a Holiday Inn property. And i can tell you, these pillows are exactly what they use. The other reviewers have no clue. These pillows will lie flat after a while where your head has been...but just like the hotel, the pillow wraps up next to your head and provides excellent comfort. And no, they don't smell like a duck like that other review...good grief... some of these reviews reallllly make you wonder. This an honest review... if you like the hotel pillows, GET these. These pillows are great. They don't get hot... and put one on top of another or on top of your thinner pillow and you'll love it. ... show more

I had been searching for replacement pillows for my ancient feather pillows for a long time. I like a soft pillow, but it still has to have support, which the old ones just didn't have anymore. These pillows did the trick! They are so comfortable, but my head doesn't sink down to the bed like with my old ones. I will say this...be sure to get the queen size. I tried what I thought was this model in standard size and they were much too firm for my liking. Maybe the extra room in the queen size allows for more spread of feathers...I don't know, but there was a world of difference in the firmness. I have never purchased an expensive pillow before but after staying at the Hampton inn for a couple of nights I knew that this was the right pillow for me! It is soft enough and firm enough and is so completely comfortable that my husband is now making fun of me because apparently I'm guarding the pillow in my sleep LOL I really am very happy with this pillow! I have bad allergies but have not had a reaction to the pillow and it is firm enough yet soft enough so that I am sleeping very comfortably with it. I highly recommend this pillow. ... show more

If I did not know any better I would give this a five star, but for someone whom have trued the pillows from this company, this is not ther really deal, these are lesser of the quality that I know. They do fluff back up but I’m not sure what’s inside there that is so soggy, it is comfortable I must say, but I cannot sleep that low down on a pillow, I like more firm. But any way I gave three stars because my kids love them and I don’t like my kids heads to high up when they sleep, and somehow they seem to sleep more soundly, especially my boy who gets up a lot during the night to sneak a snack, so I hope this review helps. ... show more
