It is definitely worth the price it’s sooo comfy their is a good weight to it but not to heavy and keeps me warm, I got a queen for my full size bed and it fits and hangs perfectly! For duvet cover I’m pretty sure I went with the bedsure 100% cotton cover and it fits perfectly as well! I one hundred percent percent love this duvet though!!     • Be Careful with this, there is not fill on the edges

So we had issues with this from the start. #1 - A funny smell - We were told this is normal since its duck feathers and it would go away. Its been 3 weeks and still hasn't gone away. Not a fan of that. #2 - The edges have 0 fill or feathers in them, and the middle was not much better - We were told this is normal. Apparently this blanket is made to be warm in the middle and has less fill in each pocket as you get to the edges....Im sorry but who wants to only be warm in the middle of a king blanket. #3 - It never puffed up, it stayed flat for 3 weeks, regardless of dryer with tennis balls, leaving it outside. Basically everything recommended to get puff. Overall this was a very disappointing buy. For something in this price range, we expected a much better quality blanket and its just not. ... show more

After more than 20 years, I finally purchased a new pacific coast comforter! Yes, I should have upgraded sooner but I kept it well maintained; plus, it was just as cozy as could be! But after 20+ years it had to be upgraded and wow! This new one is so warm and heavy! Perfect for these cold NY winters, and it’s like having a weighted blanket to boot!     • Some Feathers Leave The Nest (of the comforter fabric) But Still A Good Choice
Back in the day, I worked for Bed Bath & Beyond. Pacific Coast Feather was our premiere 'go-to' down comforter company. I had one for about 10 or so years and a hole appeared in the fabric. I was able to return for a replacement under their 15 year warranty with out a hitch. That comforter lasted me another 10 years before deteriorating to a 'time for a replacement'. Since BBBY is now defunct, I purchased a down comforter from the Scott Brothers Collection. (boooo) It had the worst fabric/down crinkling sound that I literally was woken up at night from my own movement. I researched further and found that PCF was still in the business, just being distributed by other vendors (Pillowtex, I believe, bought them out). So I jumped at the chance to snag my old time fave. Quality has downgraded (no pun intended) over the years, so while I do get the warm toasty sleep needed, there is a noticeable, slight, escapage (my own wording) of down feathers on a semi-regular basis. Mostly noticed when changing the duvet each week or 2. Other than that, super warm, soft non-plastic-bag-sounding coziness when crawling into bed for a super night of sleep. ... show more
