I bought these Olympic rings back in 2024 and have been using them regularly since then. The quality is very solid — strong rings, good straps, and they do exactly what they’re supposed to do. Grip is comfortable and secure, even during longer workouts. After a long time of use, the grip tape on the rings eventually wore out, which honestly is completely normal for this type of equipment. That’s not a flaw — it’s just wear and tear. What really impressed me was the customer support. Recently, I contacted them to ask if it was possible to get replacement grip tape. This was well over a year after purchase, so clearly outside any warranty. I never got a reply message — but a few days later, I received the replacement grip tapes for free in the mail. That level of service is rare. I also tried to find similar grip tape on my own (just in case), and it turns out it’s not easy to find. Regular athletic or boxing tape is much rougher. This tape is softer and clearly designed specifically for grip and comfort on rings.

I’ve been using these Olympic rings (1500/1000 lbs) in my home gym for a few months now, and I’m very impressed with their quality and performance. The wood rings feel extremely solid and sturdy, easily supporting my 200-pound weight during regular workouts (about 15 minutes every other day). The adjustable straps and cam buckles make setup quick and secure, and the built-in scale markings are a nice touch for getting both rings even. The grips are comfortable and offer good traction, though I’ve found I need to rewrap them every few weeks for the best feel. Not a major issue—just something to maintain. Pros: - Very solid, high-quality wood rings - Secure, adjustable straps with clear scale markings - Great grip and comfortable feel - Easy to install and adjust - Excellent for full-body workouts Cons: - Grips need rewrapping occasionally (minor) Summary: These are an outstanding addition to my home gym setup. I’d absolutely purchase them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable wooden gym rings.

This is a great addition to a home Calisthenics setup, specifically to a pull-up bar in my case. The straps are wide and thick, and the length marks to ensure an even height setting between the two rings. The rings themselves also feel steady and strong, but they did come a bit rough and had some splinters sticking out that needed to be sanded down for comfort and to prevent the rings from snagging and fraying the fibers in the strap.

Bought these for my daughter and the rings had a great feel and impressive quality for the price. Unfortunately Amazon sent me an opened package two days late missing a strap and the silicone tape so didn’t get a chance to try this set, but appreciated the quality enough I upgraded to the carabiner set for added versatility with the intent of using them myself as well.

I love this gym ring kit! I bought the larger options with a capacity of up to 1,500 lbs (advertised). My entire family could hang on these together. I bought this one for the larger ring size. The actual benefit of that, as far as I can see, is that centrifugal force generated from any swinging will be tolerated by this ring set. The straps are easy to set up. I have mind mounted on my Iron Gym pull up bar. I really like the length adjustability and the fact that the straps are marked with lengths. That way I can quickly adjust them to equal lengths and put them were I used them for my exercises. For example, I used them at 6 feet for dips while my daughter used them at 2 feet for leg lifts. With the markings, I can quickly and easily adjust them to where they need to be with minimal interruption. I don’t use the grip tape, because the rings are sanded smooth enough for me. As far as people having trouble with slippage and threading the belts through the buckles, just FOLLOW THE WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED. There is a clear drawing showing which direction to thread the belts. I’ve never had any slippage. For reference, I weigh 200 lbs. If customers complaining of the belts slipping had made you avoid this, DON’T. It’s safe. Just follow the instructions. If you find them confusing check YouTube or ask a friend who has mechanical aptitude. It’s not hard, though, you can get it from the pictures. I have no regrets buying this and highly recommend it. The variety of exercises you can do with this is wild and this can replace other equipment. Yes, I still use weights, these rings can act as a dips station, a pull up station, an abdominals station. Very versatile!
