I found these exact candles in a Portland shop a few months ago. They were very high-quality, long lasting and had a strong scent. Not overpowering, but just strong enough. I was happy to find them on Amazon and ordered two of them. The ones from Amazon basically have zero scent, unless you stick your nose right up to the candle and really try to smell. One of the original candles I bought used to fill my living room with a nice smell. I burned both of the ones from Amazon in my living room for a few hours, can't smell a thing. Pretty disappointed...I almost wonder if they are knock-offs? ... show more

I'm sorry, but I'm going to echo the other one-star reviewers. Unless I put the candle directly under my nose I can't smell anything -- in other words, it doesn't produce a detectable scent throughout the room.

Agree with some of the other reviews. This doesn’t smell like anything. In fact, I think it had more of a scent out of the box than when I lit it. Pass on this product. I’m a big fan of PF Candles, but this left a lot to be desired.

Was excited for this candle after the reviews. Bought it for my wife for a Christmas present. Super disappointed. Almost zero smell. The candle smells more not lit....It also took a long time to be delivered. After finishing it I not only feel regret for buying it, feel bad it was present, but also will not be moving forward with this company again. I am giving this a one star If the company reaches out Ill give it a two If they rectify the situation, maybe more in the realm of customer service points but the product is still sub satisfactory. ... show more

I bought two PF company candles which have absolutely no scent. Have bought these from stores before which had potent scents. I don't think I was sold authentic candles. No stars. Complete rip off.

Scent is extremely weak - you really have to stick your nose close to the candle to notice any scent. I’m thinking these are rip offs/fakes because the other P.F. Candles I’ve seen in physical retail stores and other people’s homes smell must stronger. Hopefully this will be reported to Amazon.

I had high hopes for this candle. First off the wick had been lit prior to me receiving the candle. I doubt they test light them at the manufacture but maybe I am wrong. Secondly, the smell is amazing, exactly like it should smell. Only problem is that the scent is so weak you cant really smell it at all. It has maybe a 6 in radius of scent before its no longer noticeable. I even lit it and left the room for an hour to hopefully come back and be able to smell it... nope just smells like a burning match. My last point is the cost of this thing, oh my, way to expensive when I can get that cheap burned match smell for .99 cents from the store. It looks way cool, definitely a cool looking decor item. I’m such a huge fan of this candle company and often buy these products at craft fairs. This is the first time I bought this candle through amazon and I have to say I’m VERY disappointed :( it was no smell at all!?Normally I LOVE the smell of these candles and Golden Coast is my absolute favorite. But to spend this much money on a candle that has no smell is no good. I’ll stick to the craft fairs and not purchase online again. ... show more
