Well, it happened. Something no one wants to experience - a fire. One moment I'm eating dinner, and the next I'm outside watching part of my building burn to the ground. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but several families lost everything. Out of the blue, my apartment was filling with smoke and I was trying to open a window to get the smoke out, people were banging on my door, alarms were going off, it was just hectic. Part of you is thinking, "What do I take?" And the other, "Get Out!" It was at the point where it hurt to breathe and I had tears running down my face. I chose the later, and when I opened my front door, all I could see were flames shooting from right across the hall! Horrible. But this is a review of this Ozone Generator, which I used successfully to get the smell of smoke out of my clothes and apartment once we were allowed to come back in. It was very easy to get it working right away. Basically, plug it in and set the timer for how long it want it to run - push a button, very easy. I just ran it several times for twenty minute sessions. I'd point it one way, then wait and later point it in a different direction. They say it smells like "ozone" but that's not how it was to me. Of course I'm smelling smoke 'and' ozone, so don't take this as a critique. I would also suggest you follow the instructions and make sure you can vent the ozone out. Open windows and a door if possible that should be fine. And this is not a device that you just turn on and walk away from. After I bought it I did some more research online and found that "ozone" can be quite combustible. Let that sink in. Ozone is also bad for electronics and other materials. It's oxidative. A fancy word for "rusting" or "wearing away" faster. Anyway, it has a built-in tilt type safety that will shut it off if you move it too much while it's on. So plan ahead and don't move it once its going. I also think it's very well made and durable. Something you'll be able to use for multiple applications and will last a long time. And thankfully, it's just the right size to move around and treat different areas. Just treat it with respect and understand what you're doing and working with. I think it was a great decision to pick this one. It got the smell of smoke out quickly and that's all I wanted.

The product is compact and appears to be of good quality. The product was used in a storage area that was formerly a coal-cellar with dimensions of approximately 15 x 5 x 9 feet. The area has become almost stifling with the smell of mold and mildew, to the point of having to wear a ventilation mask upon entering. I placed the product up on a platform and ran it on two separate occasions within 4 days for 60 minutes on each occasion. The change in the air quality was remarkably improved, with little to no trace of the mildew odor. The product was quiet, efficient, and remained cool to the touch. Depending on the longevity of the product, which will be determined after continued use, this product appears to be of good value for the relatively modest cost. At this point I would recommend the product for its performance and positive effect on neutralizing mold and mildew.

If you are wondering, yes! This thing actually works!ot gets odors out it is not heavy and for its size which is smaller than I expected, it puts out plenty of ozone. It is not loud and seems to be of good build quality and should hold up for a good long while.

Works really good, very well built and easy to use, compared to the one at the rental place (10 USD for a weekend) this unit is perfect for the money and now I can use it any time I need, after 4 uses and it pay for itself, I mean how big a bedroom can get to need more power than this unit can provide? 10 minutes per bedroom just make sure to follow the instructions thoroughly, ozone will make you nauseated, even if you breathe a small amount.

Exactly* what it says on the box. If you have a smell problem that you can’t completely resolve with mechanical (ex: vacuuming) or chemical (ex: enzymes, orange oil, bleach) cleaners and you need an aerosol or gas cleaner then this is what you’re looking for. Things to know: this is a fairly high output device (according to the label and measures by its effect) so it’s better for larger areas as it will raise the ozone levels beyond what you need to clean and into a level that can damage things that are normally impervious very quickly. You still need to remove anything that can be removed mechanically - if your dog pooped you still need to wipe that up - the ozone just does the final stage for you. This has a built in timer so you can schedule it to run for only a few minutes, but because it’s so easy to generate more ozone than you need it’s also easy to accidentally get it wrong. This will however work in small areas you can’t fully seal though, making it a powerful tool that relies on you to use it correctly. * I don’t have an ozone measuring tool so I can’t verify that the output is accurate. Instead I compare the effects with other devices - this one seems to put out more and faster.

Buyer Beware - the Listing is not true! I became suspicious of the listing when I couldn’t find any label on the unit that verified the ozone output. Nothing, there are no labels on the machine at all. So I went to the manual to see the specs (see attached picture from manual) and as you can see, the manual is written for multiple different products with different outputs of ozone. Which one mine was (orange one) is not apparent so how do I know if I have a 10g/h, or a 15g/h or 20g/h or 36g/h. There is no way to tell. To make matters worse, none of those are 320,000mg/h which is the output in the listing. 36g/h is only 36,000mg/h. So at most my unit may put out 36,000 mg/h and at worst it puts out 10,000mg/h. That’s a far far cry from the stated 320,000mg/h
