I received these pillows and decided to split the filling to create a third pillow because they were a little too big. When I was splitting the filling I found this large piece of metal measuring 3 inches with a sharp end. This is extremely dangerous! My kids often face plant into pillows. If this metal rod would have been pointing in the wrong direction it could have seriously injured them. For future buyers, CHECK THE FILLING!!! ... show more

I dont believe all the reviews on A . Every time i buy a new pillow i wake up with a neck ache and it takes me days or weeks to break it in. Slept on this for the first time last night and woke up without a headache or neckache. I took 2 gallon zip lock bags of stuffing out. They do give you a lot. My better half didnt remove any and loves it. It did come with a tiny bit of smell but was gone the next day or day after. i am not use to sleeping on a standard pillow i always cut my pillow case and make them smaller didnt want to do that so i took a chance Its only been 1 night but i have been looking for a new pillow for 2 yrs . I like everything put the material . i like 100% cotton but i put it in a cotton case. When you open the package and these pillows come to life you just know you're in for a life changing experience and your get it. I'm a side , back, spinner, sleeper and though my past purchases were comfortable @ 1st within 2 weeks they have run out of support and I'm beating them into submission. No more. The very 1st night was amazing and it has improved every night since. No more beatings, thrashing or spinning; I've found that the position I start in I wake in 4 hours later. No neck snapping, no head aches and the pillow goes right back into shape when I rise. I believe this is the start of a very long love affair. [ I will admit that the zipper is a bit flimsy; easy fix ...Don't touch it!     • gauze pillow is shipped in IS NOT THE pillow case.
I was prepared to give these pillows a 1-star rating until I discovered I was the sticky part of the equation. Pillows are shipped within a cottony gauze and it is not the pillow case. Each of the pillows was wrapped to the point they were simply large neck pillows and even the memory foam within the pillow could not cure their stiffness. It wasn't until I reread on how to remove some of the pillow stuffing that I realized the gauze wrapping was for shipping and not part of the pillow. After removing the pillows from the gauze wrapping and removing two 1-gallon ziplock bags of memory foam stuffing each I have no doubt the rating will probably improve to 5-star, but I only state 4-star since I haven't slept on the pillows as designed yet. Once again, the light cottony gauze wrapping around each pillow IS NOT the pillow case so remove it prior to thinking the pillow is a dud. ... show more

They help me with neck pain, however they were too thick to me at first, then I found out I can remove some of the foam filling and adjust it. And I was able to make a third pillow. They are very thick good quality pillows

My husband and I have been searching for pillows that fits our needs for years now. We have tried just about every pillow under the sun. They start out good but don’t last or they suck from the get go. We bought sleepogram pillows and they even sucked. These are the best. The small peices make it so much softer than traditional memory foam. It’s easy to remove as needed for comfort. A grocery bag size removal was enough to make the pillow completely perfect. These are substantial pillows once you fluff them up as suggested by the maker. However, they do conform to one's neck and head firmly. I am impressed by the overall quality though I have yet to launder the covers. Update: After a week's use I am even more impressed. Initially I bought these to read with as back support. I have also discovered that they are the best I have used for cervical spine support. I wake with far less pain and I don't wake up continually during the night. As they are adjustable as to their firmness and loft I would think anyone could make them "perfect" for their own purpose with a little modification. I have never been particularly impressed with a pillow but this is an exception. It is an exceptional value in the double pack. ... show more

These pillows are generously filled!! Can easily remove filling as it is a shredded foam with fiberfill and then adjust to your comfort/firmness. They are super comfortable. The covers are a jersey fabric stitched in honeycomb pattern results in a very nice quality. Only issue was a stuck zipper on the one cover. (purchased 4) I expect to get many years of use!
