I love how lightweight this is, the cut and style of this gives it a designer look even though it's not actual linen it's a mix and that's completely okay with me linen can tend to be a little bit harder to take care of. The material is soft easy to take care of and super comfortable I compare this with a cute top with it open dressing up into a business casual look I can use it as a swimming suit cover up and that hood comes in super handy went out in the sun. I like all the different ways I can wear this! This is styled for a man so it does run a little bit bigger for us women out there but in all honesty it's amazing I love the shirt! This is an interestingly designed shirt, not something I've come across before. Upfront you should know that it is NOT a primarily linen shirt; Rayon and Polyester make of 70% of the shirt's fabric. But it's still got a nice feel, certainly softer than it would be were it 100% linen. The shirt itself could almost be a topic of conversation; it features wooden buttons (!) and a HUGE hood with drawstrings, so large that it's perfect for people with two heads. Single-headed people will still find the hood useful for relief from the sun. Although almost certainly meant to be worn untucked, when tucked in it could almost pass for a regular casual shirt (albeit with hood.) But untucked, it doesn't look messy or unkempt, and definitely gives off the casual vibe it's meant to. Don't try to pull this off if you're too far from your youth. This is definitely a shirt for the young, and it's just going to look pretty ridiculous on someone who is old like I am. For those in their 20s or 30s, I think this would be a nice wardrobe addition.

This is ideal for me on certain occasions when I try to come up with an ensemble that sticks out. I take dress shirts at times and wear them like flannet or have ties around my neck wearing a t-shirt, etc. This is a whole new level. Pictured is an elbow button, of which there is one per elbow area. Why? I am uncertain, though when you go to lean down the buttons shift up so they're not between the arm and a table, for example. The hood is somewhat hilarious with the ability to tighten it. I recommend wearing a baseball cap with this, but a ska or Newsboy type cap would also work well with it. Regardless, a hat with a brim of some kind because it's a druid-like hood that hides below the eyes. Comfort: 4 Stars Lightweight: 5 Stars Versatility: 5 Stars Eccentric: 6 Stars

For under $30 at time of order, now 17% off, this versatile hooded linen,poly,rayon blend shirt is perfect for Spring, Summer, and maybe even fall if another layer is added. The material is both lightweight and strong. It washes well with no detectable shrinkage and feels good on the skin. I would buy again as it is just the perfect shirt for the approaching warmer months. My fiancé' really was impressed with the added hood. He said he really liked it...BUT, he confided in me that "for various reasons I do not wear white." I did not know this. I was just thinking of the best color for summer. He wanted it in green, so I will be definitely buying another color of this shirt and I'm keeping the white one for myself! Win, win!
