Major DSL. I mean, seriously. The way the lips are pursed and how tight they wrap around you, paired with the suction are big bonuses, unique to this specific brand/toy. That said, vigorous and prolonged use can be painful if you're well endowed or if you arent using lube, but the size is acommadating enough.
