If you prefer a snug it's true to size. However, I prefer a more loose fitting lower back so I suggest move a size up. I'm a large, and a 5'6" tall. Also, the shirt stains very easily, so don't go eating out or cooking afterwards. I've washed mine and it doesn't remove stain at all. Oh well. The straps aren't adjustable, but you won't need adjustable on this type of work-out blouse and it is as advertised. It fits well overall. ... show more
