We bought this for my 20-month-old and she LOVES being able to sit at the table with us. The cushion comes out for easy cleaning which is nice, it straps under and behind the chair. The only thing is that it's a bit low still- I don't think that's the seat's fault ;) I think I just have a small child. Overall would recommend it!

I usually love OXO products. This one is not my favorite. It works for what I needed it for. My 13mo desperately wanted to eat meals at the table with us, so we got this so that she could. We needed a solution that could prop her up, strap her in, and still allow us to push her chair in close enough to the table so that she could reach her food. This one checks all those boxes. What I don’t love about it is that it is really difficult to clean. It has so many crevices that food can get wedged into and it’s nearly impossible to get the food and water out of all of them. Yes, the seat comes out and is easy to clean, but the case it sits in is a nightmare to clean. I’m sure if your tot is old enough that they are no longer making a huge mess at meals, this would be a great solution. But for someone who’s child practices baby led weaning and their kid is still getting food everywhere, maybe think twice before purchasing this one.

I like how fast and easy it was to set up. Also the portability is a major plus. We haven’t used it at a restaurant but that’s definitely an option if you want to do that. In our experience the seat just boosts enough to help our daughter reach things in her near vicinity at meal times, it’s not a big booster like some are at some restaurants, I like that though because it gives enough clearance at the table and you don’t have to worry about banging their knees trying to scoot them up close enough. I will say that sometimes our daughter will comment on how the sides kind of press her legs but that’s not very often. So I’d say that it’s a win.

Really love this booster seat for my 2 yr old to sit at the dinner table. And it’s great to bring with me when we go out to eat instead of using gross restaurant high chairs. This is great to use at home to save space instead of a conventional high chair once your baby hits toddler age. My only reason for taking off one star is because it can be a little on the lower side since my daughter is on the smaller side. The table reaches right at her chest instead of lower if the seat were a little higher. Currently working on adding a wooden piece to the seat so the booster seat can sit a little higher. This is also good because it allows enough of the chair to serve as a foot rest for toddler which can be more comfortable for kids when eating as I’ve read about in many articles about appropriate sitting positions for babies and toddlers. This is really easy to clean. Just wipe clean. If there’s a spill, it’s easy to take apart and wash and then let it sit open to air dry.

This booster seat is very aesthetically pleasing and it's great because it folds so it's easy to pack up for travel. The only downside is it's pretty hard to clean. Lots of nooks and crannies for crumbs to fall down into and they're hard to get out.
