This mug is the best travel mug I've owned. The no-spill lid was the selling point and it works great! I've dropped the mug several times and never a drop of coffee spilled. It also keeps my coffee hot for hours. The 16 oz is perfect for the large cup on my Keurig, allowing room for creamer without overflowing the mug. My only complaint is the coffee stains that have built up on the red seal inside the lid over time. I soaked and washed, but couldn't get it completely clean. I reached out to Oxo about purchasing a new seal. They responded quickly and ended up sending me a brand new mug. Great customer service and a company that stands behind their products. I liked this mug in terms of keeping my coffee warm, and it is durable, easy to clean. My only reservation is the 'sipping' lip. I had used aa stainless steel mug for years. It had a flip cap. But it allowed for easy sipping. This lid requires a twist of the lid and there is a 'lip' that makes it a trifle awkward to sip from. First of all, I like OXO and have purchased many of its products all of which have worked as advertised. This product, however, does NOT! OXO advertised this travel mug as keeping hot drinks hot for 12 hours. It does NOT. Not even close. After 3 hours my coffee was lukewarm and after 4 hours, it was room temperature at best. Years ago I had a 12oz OXO coffee travel cup that kept my coffee hot for a crazy amount of time, and I thought I'd found a replacement. Unfortunately, this one does not measure up. Not sure if it's advertised as keeping beverages hot for10 or 12 hours now, but I'd say 6 hours tops.
