I didn’t end up keeping this but that doesn’t mean it isnt a good product. The price is great for this and it came as advertised. The material is leather like, thick and heavy so it lays flat with no wrinkles. The color is what i expected for the gray wood look and it was the size it said it would be. There is no adhesive, which is what i wanted so you can move it or take it up as you like. It came quickly and packaged well and was ready to roll out immediately. I was able to unroll it down my hallway and cut through it with no problems. It feels sturdy and durable. Unfortunately there was a tear in it, most likely from shipping etc so the company took it back and gave me a refund, no problems… Great customer service! I included a video clip of me bending it so you can see how it moves. This is good for any temporary flooring but i really think you could make it permanent in certain areas. You could cut it and make kitchen mats, door mats, playroom flooring mats etc. it’s not going to look like real wood planks but i would use it as flooring if i needed to. The roll was about 3 ft wide and 19 ft long so it’s perfect for a hallway. You would have to glue it to connect the strips for a whole room, but i could see that working as well! Adequate. It's very thin as I knee before I bought it. I got it as a temporary Floor Covering until they could get something better. Admittedly it's easy to put down but if you're going to do it make sure you have the substrate absolutely smooth. It will show every single variation and defect in the substrate. ... show more

I have an old smoke house on my farm that I converted into an Art Studio. The floor had been painted but I wanted a better look that would be easy to clean. I put felt underlayment down intending to put a laminated wooden floor, so I left it and put this over the top. Because I did that, I couldn't tape it down, so I stapled the ends underneath my trim work. It did buckle a little where I taped it together in the center, but I left heavy tubs on it and it laid better. It's thinner than the old vinyl floors. Very easy to cut and lay down. We did 100 sq ft in a few hours. It looks a lot nicer than my gray painted floor so I am pleased. ... show more

I ordered I believe two of these. I kept one return the other because it just wasn’t wide enough the other one I end up using in my garage next to my washer and dryer and it works perfectly fine there it blends in well. Enjoyed this product!! Installing was easy and lining up the flooring next to each other after it’s cut to length was seamless. I couldn’t tell where one piece ended and another began! I would say over estimate what you need because the roll wasn’t enough!! I reordered an additional roll and was happy! I do wish the tape for the installation was included and it came as a kit!
