I was in dire need of a dremel type tool and was about to pull the trigger on a Dremel brand toolset…and I’m so glad that I decided to check out what was on Amazon before I did. I read a ton of reviews before I made the decision to purchase this dremel tool kit. I have to say, that I was a tad bit skeptical about the quality of a tool that was priced below $35…whereas a similar Dremel brand kit was 3 times more. I am not going to be using this every day…or every week…or every month…but…I still wanted something that was going to be good quality. The package arrived very quickly…within a few days of placing my order. The exterior case is very sturdy and nice quality. The kit arrived with everything shown in the pictures. The tool itself, is very easy to use and is actually smaller in size than I thought it was going to be…which was great! I absolutely love the “wand” attachment. That thing fits nicely into my fingers…like a fat pencil. That is going to come in handy for more precise type work. To me, the tool I s pretty quiet. It is not whisper quiet, but it’s not overly loud…especially if you had to use it for a lengthy amount of time. This thing is worth every penny and I’m sure that I’ll find 100’s of different uses for it. One thing that I did not like…and it’s a very small issue…is that they placed a warning/instruction sticker over the top of the flexible wand in the carry case that was impossible to get off. I had to use ‘goo-gone’ to remove that blasted sticker! You’ll see what I mean if you buy this. Some people would have kept the remnants of the sticker in place. I like my tools neat and tidy, so I had to get that sticker out of there. Like I said…it’s a small annoying issue, but has no bearing on the quality of the tool. I highly recommend this tool kit…especially for the “weekend warrior” type user. If it’s a tool you’re going to use daily or very often, I’m sure it would be fine, but I can’t speak to that. Oh…they also include an extra set of motor brushes in the event you burn out the original ones. I give this dremel kit two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Overall I'm happy with this but it takes herculean strength to push that button to change pieces. I even had my very strong son try and he had issues. Once you get past that, it does work well. Overall happy except that dang button!

I have been a devoted Dremel girl for many years. Tried out a few different cheapos but they never measured up. I recently had to say farewell to my beloved Dremel rotary tool, Anthony. Anthony had been with me through thick and thin. Sanding and slicing, grinding and drilling. Finally, his little heart gave out. Being on a budget, I struggled with the crazy price tag that a new Dremel would set me back. I thought, "Maybe a cheapo would suffice for now" until I could save up. I found this listing. It had a little 20% off coupon, and was half the price. It had decent reviews. When I got the package in the post, I quickly unwrapped her. Oh, yes this is Viola. Viola is a tough hard working woman with a sharp wit. I appreciated her sleek body, her easy grip handle. What is even better is the power this little lady has. Viola doesn't quit. She's drilled, sanded, smoothed, and even cut metal tubing. For a crafter, you need a good tool. One that feels good, works hard, and is reliable. I think Viola and I will be together a long time. Goodbye Anthony.

I've used the Dremel tool like this(that doesn't come with all the attachments and costs twice as much) for years. But it keeps breaking. Now, to be fair, Dremel has an excellent customer service department. They even replaced the whole tool once, and not just cords and such. But I would much rather not have the issues at all. So, tired of the Dremel's need for constant service, I went looking for a replacement and found this tool. SO glad I bought this! It works constantly, doesn't overheat, has adjustable speeds, and many other excellent qualities. So save yourself about $40 and buy this tool, and get the extra perks like a flexible extension for the tool too. I keep forgetting that's there, and considering the number of times I use this to cut off nails and screws in awkward places, I should use it more often. Dremel is good Goxawee is better.

Never realized something in this price range could preform so well. Motor is very powerful, drill bits fit well quite comfortable to hold. I've been using it for a little while, it has exceeded my expectations.

It doesn't seem to have a lot of power when you lean it, even slightly, into a part, but it does run fast and cuts fast. The problem I have with this is the "cheapness" of the parts and accessories provided. The mini flap discs wear out within seconds. Everything goes together kind of loosely and you need to fiddle with a bunch of different bits to do various jobs. The polishing aspect of this is probably the best feature it has but the amount of polish they give you is a bit hilarious so I advise you to pick up a few blocks of compound separately.

Bought 3.5yrs ago and still use it weekly. Have had to clean the motor out a few times due to dust accumulation, but other than that it has worked great. Used mainly for weekly dog nail maintenance but have used it for a few other jobs too. Loud and powerful but gets the job done. Thankfully my dog isn't concerned by the sound of the machine.
