The media could not be loaded. Definitely worth it if u have ALOT of piercings (I have 5 face piercing and a body piercing and plan to get a lot more). If you need specific sizes, probably order a specific pack, but the selection is amazing

As far as low end body jewelry goes, this stuff is adequate at the most. Externally threaded with a lackluster polish, I wouldn't recommend it for initial piercing.
