Mine measured 90-1/4 inches long assembled, and weighed 2.1 lbs on a kitchen scale. It was just a little lighter than the shorter Attwood 11768-2 listed at 84 inches. The zero feather position was actually about 5 degrees off, but not a big deal. The shaft goes into the blade only about 2-1/2 inches and is held with one rivet, so the blade has some wobble. The plastic snap hook on the end of the keeper bungee broke as soon as I flexed it. P.S. I now have about 10 hours paddling with these and they pull just fine with no noticeable blade wobble. The serrations are are effective for directing water to drip off the blades and not run down the shaft. ... show more

I purchased this last summer for my fishing kayak and have used it at least twice a week for months. At this point I feel enough time has passed to write a accurate review. I will keep this simple. 5 stars. Cheap, it floats, its light weight, has no issues with flexing in the middle. I am new to paddling/kayaking, but have taken the time to watch and practice doing so properly. For some reason I cannot keep the water from hitting me when I use this paddle regardless of how the rings are positioned or how the paddle it pulled out of the water. I ordered five of these to go along with some new kayaks we purchased and I could not be more pleased. I expected I'd have to make some sacrifices in exchange for the low price, but I genuinely do not feel like I have. The paddles are extremely sturdy when put together and come apart very easily for transport. The design of the paddles also makes them very easy and efficient to use. I've already used them several times and expect they will last a long time as well. Cheaper isn't always better, but in this case, you aren't going to get much better by spending more. ... show more

Amazing for how cheap it was, I paid $20 amazon warehouse BUT one of the pole-ends came as an oval when it needed to be a circle so i had to bend it back, i wasn't sure it was possible for a minute but bouncing on it between a flip flop and carpet bent it enough to fit properly and it works perfectly now. I took it on the lake a few days ago and it did everything I could ask of it and it's quite lightweight too! I would highly recommend this paddle if it's cheap because it works great. ... show more
