Exactly what you see in pictures is what you get it is pretty tall I Got a three tiered piece but I just eyeballed and assumed that it would fit. Still I kept and left it at a two tiered so its versatility worked great!!! Figured Incase I moved and next please might fit the three. The price is what had me keep it due to it costing me the same as if I had bought a two tiered one. So price wise was another thing I was very happy with Im very pleased with my new kitchen rack it’s definitely worth the money it’s sturdy makes dishes dry fast keeps everything neat and organized I don’t see any rust and I’ve had it for a few weeks now so rust resistant it works very well.

I rated this dish rack a 4 because of the hooks for the cups. The rack itself is amazing and great quality. It is exactly as described. However, the hooks are too small and too flimsy to hold any mugs. It is made of a soft plastic material. They should be upgraded to wide metal hooks. The handles of the mugs I have are normal size and they don't fit properly. The hook also bends very easily. Aside from the hooks I love the dish rack. It looks amazing. It made the kitchen look a lot nicer and I love that the water drips straight into the sink. It is also a perfect height so you don't feel like it is in your way when you're washing dishes. It is easy to use and because of the smoothness of the material it is made of it does not get dirty easily. The material is quit sturdy also. It serves it's purpose. Regardless of my issue with the hooks, I still think its great value for my money.

Actually was better than expected!! I live in a small place and it’s perfect !! Holds just what it needs. Pretty sturdy and strong! I can def organize it better like I did on the first day lol but def worth it! Does the job when organized as you go washing.

I wish it would have been available in the silver stainless steel color, as the black is too dark for my kitchen, and makes the room look smaller. I've used it 3 times so far. It worked great when I was rinsing giant collard green leaves pulled off the stock. It allowed it to be rinsed and placed standing up by using the glass holder clip to hold the stem ends in place, and the plate basket held the rest of it on its side. That is the easiest way I've found so far to clean, drain and be out of the way untill needed. I placed a plate under the dish rack, and sat down to cut and remove the thicker stems and slice (to use for pizza toppings) and chopped up the rest of the leaves for the freezer, to use as needed for soups, smoothies, etc. The same rack also later worked great, again the best way I've found so far to drain and safely support my electric tea pot, at a angle, to finish draining. I love how it expands and rises for different uses. I think this will make a nice addition to my cabin when we go camping for a great outdoor prep area or a dish station. You do need to be careful, though, and keep a wall to the back, as you will have to work with the suction cups to get them totally stablized, so it dose not tip on you. I like that there was spare parts, for if loosing or repairs. I like how easy it is to customize all the accessories to place where it fits best each time you use it. I like that you can set it up to mostly drain into the sink(except the side edges because my sink isn't flat, so the suction cups didn't work on it). So there is a lot of water that does need to be wiped up on the edges.
