I love the size and look of this mirror but unfortunately it was broken when I took it out of the packaging. The packaging was in good condition so I don't think it was broken in transit.

Sadly this buy was a bust. If it wasn't for the hassle I would be returning the product. Firstly the hanging grooves at the back of mirror were mismatched which meant that the mirror hung lopsidedly. Secondly, the hooks are made of flimsy material and cannot bear the weight of the mirror well and sagged. We jerry-rigged it to hang from the frame for now but I can't see it lasting very long. So incredibly frustrated with the quality. I wish we hadn't gotten rid of the packaging immediately because it would have made returning easier. I do not recommend this product. ... show more

I only received the mirror itself, no hardware or hooks we're included. Without the ability to hang the mirror, this lot is a poor value. Mirror was packaged securely at least, and arrived undamaged.

The first was broken when I opened it. Easy return and exchange for a new one! The over the door hooks were wider than necessary so it flips when the door is opened and closed. I fixed that with Velcro command strips.
