Im obese and getting down on the floor generally sucks. Yoga mats are so thin! And most exercise mats that are thicker squish down too much. This is really sturdy standing, laying, sitting, or kneeling. Great size too! Easy fold up for storage.

Bought this for my 5yr old daughter who wouldn’t stop doing kart wheels through the entire house. I figured if I got mat and gave her a restricted zone for gymnastics it would work and it did. She loves tumbling on it and I love playing on it with her as well. I wish it had a way to Velcro together when folded for easier storage but other than that we love it.
