Im obese and getting down on the floor generally sucks. Yoga mats are so thin! And most exercise mats that are thicker squish down too much. This is really sturdy standing, laying, sitting, or kneeling. Great size too! Easy fold up for storage.

I like the mat itself, but after less than a week of having it and just doing stretches on it a few times, seams holding the panels together started coming undone. They started fraying almost immediately. The mat is still intact, and are still totally usable, but I don't think they'll last super long ... show more

Got this for my granddaughter for Christmas. It was much thicker than some of the other less expensive ones but it folds up into a good size. Very good quality I would highly recommend it.
