Unfortunately this helmet was too large for our kid's heads (XL). But, we have a Medium and a Large for our 5 & 7 year olds and they fit great and have protected them from many bike and scooter falls. Highly recommend this helmet!

Purchased this for my 6 year old daughter. Her head measures over 21”. I thought she was too young for a medium but the size chart said that’s what she should be, so I ordered it. The medium - with the adjustment turned as tight as it would go - was still not close to fitting correctly. She ended up being in the middle of the adjustment on the small helmet, perfect fit. I like it very much. For me is ridiculous that different colors have different prices, I would have love a purple one. Nevertheless, I like the material, I like that it has spare pieces, and it can be wash. I just think that the strap are too long, and yes, it can be adapted to your face but a lot of it, in my case, I don’t use and it is uncomfortable and so I think the straps are too long. Bought a pair for my son and I for out biking excursions. So far so good, easy to fit, and look cooler than standard bicycle helmets. Reminiscent of the old school Pro-Tec helmets at 1/2 the price. Hoping it has the same level of protection.
