I wasn't expecting much. It's Amazon gear and you get what you pay for with this kind of stuff. I have seem some expensive helmets out there, so looking at the price on this I knew it was a 50/50 chance of getting something decent. The helmet I recieived is top notch for the price. Definitely impressed. The sizing is pretty spot on, I measured my head circumference at 22" and ordered the medium which was a perfect fit. I saw some reviews about the padding on the back adjuster dial digging into people's necks, and yeah it does a little bit but it's only when I have my goggles on. Me personally that probably won't bother me on a run but I'll update here if that's not the case. The ear coverings are nice and warm, and the straps seem secure. The clip on the back for the goggles seems secure as well yet easy to unsnap if I need to take off my goggles for whatever reason. All in all I'd say this is a decent hemlet for beginners and will last you until you are able to start upgrading gear pieces. I haven't used it besides trying it on in my bathroom lol but if there's any issues after a trip to the hill I'll update it here. ... show more

The helmet, feel very comfortable, easy to adjust with the knob on the. The ventilation was great doesn’t feel very easy to overheat. However, my ski glasses it’s a bit too big to fit with the helmet. It kind of pushed the helmet up and back a little bit. I can give a 8/10 because of that. The light warm blur color is absolutely beautiful! The purple-teal I got for my girl (medium 8 yrs old) is also is such a warm inviting color! , fits perfectly plus can loosen up as her face gets wider. The side of the helmet has fleece that protects the ears! The helmet is not so tiny, it is bulky all around to keep the head safe.
