We got this to replace a similar summer favorite. It does not disappoint. The kids love it. Part of the fun is that you can alter the water pressure and create a bunch of different effects with the water - this leads to hours of entertainment. They still use it even when it’s colder outside because they just turn it down and use the arms as tiny hoses to fill things. Great purchase.

It's cute and fun but some of the tentacles bent in the box so now the water doesn't flow through them properly. Will return, but for a new one that hopefully won't have the same issue.

Like many products sold on Amazon, this is made in china. The threads for connecting thel device to your garden hose are NOT standard garden hose threads. The diameter is close to being correct but the thread "pitch" is so far off it WILL NOT thread all the way onto the garden hose. Consequently the water leaks so badly that the device barely moves. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME on another poorly engineered product from china.
