Poolside furniture somehow turns into a survival challenge the second wind enters the conversation, so this HOSONIC side table being pre weighted immediately sounded smarter than chasing floating plastic furniture across the water. The 18 inch size works nicely beside pool loungers, patios, and shallow tanning ledges without taking up too much space. The polyethylene material feels lightweight but durable enough for regular outdoor use, and the neutral design blends well with most pool setups. Once placed, the table stayed much more stable than typical lightweight outdoor side tables pretending to resist wind confidently. The pre weighted design definitely helps keep the table from drifting or tipping easily around pool areas. Drinks, towels, sunscreen, and random pool accessories stayed secure without the table wobbling dramatically every time someone walked nearby. The adjustable rubber leveling feet are also a practical addition because uneven patio surfaces somehow exist everywhere outdoors. They helped stabilize the table nicely while protecting vinyl pool liners from rough contact underneath. Assembly was simple overall and did not require an engineering degree or several hours of emotional negotiation with tiny screws. The table feels sturdy once fully put together, though it is still lightweight enough to move around patios or pool decks fairly easily. I was kinda skeptical about this at first because I’ve seen those pool tables that just float away or tip over, but this one actually does what it says, you put it in the water and after a couple minutes it settles down and stays in place which is nice. The size is good too, not huge but enough to hold drinks, sunscreen, phone, little stuff like that without feeling crowded. I like that it works both in the pool and outside on the patio, so it’s not just a one use thing which makes it feel more worth it. It feels pretty sturdy, not cheap or flimsy, and the material seems like it’ll hold up in the sun and water over time but obviously I haven’t had it long enough to fully know yet. The leveling feet are a good idea especially if your pool floor isn’t perfectly flat, it helps keep it from wobbling too much. It is a little pricier than I expected for what it is, but at the same time it’s one of those things that just makes pool days easier and more enjoyable so I get it. Overall I’m happy with it and it’s been a nice little upgrade for hanging out in the pool.

This is a well designed and well built poolside table. It is sturdy and heavy enough that water currents will leave it relatively unpaused. There is no assembly and the unit is very solid and chemical resistant. I have had the table in my salt water pool with no color change or scaling. I would rate this as a high value for the money… and in fact I ordered two. Cheers and happy shopping! jw

Edit- I am highly unsatisfied with this table (See review below) - I originally reviewed the table as three stars after receiving a damaged item (bottom plate). I was able to rig it and thought it would work out fine, WRONG! Today we had family over to swim and with all the pool toys, we tried to figure out what this black thing was at the bottom of the pool. Turns out it was the weight from inside the table. My “fix” didn’t hold up and it slipped right out as soon as the water started moving. Of the bottom plate wasn’t damaged, it may not have happened- but I can only speak as to what my personal experience was. When this first arrived I was extremely upset to find that the bottom plate had been broken. Around almost every screw holding the plate onto the bottom was cracked and broken off. I regained my patience and started picking up the broken pieces. While I couldn’t successfully reattach them (I have no glue that would work), I was able to remove and retighten each screw to where the plate did stay in place. I realized it was just protecting the weighted stone inside so I decided to put it into the pool and see if it still worked. It did, so the broken pieces as annoying as they were- didn’t affect the performance of the table. This table is pretty heavy, the feet on the bottom allow you to adjust them incase your surface is uneven. The table fills with water and stays in place completely. Even with 7 and 8 year olds jumping in and out, splashing around it still didn’t budge. So it truly does work as described. It’s smaller than it looks in the listing photos, but big enough to be useful! I can’t say I’ve ever wanted to take a seat in the middle of the pool- but it’s nice to k is that with this, I can. I can put this anywhere in the pool and if I want to use it for an underwater seat instead- I can! I love the versatility of this. As for pricing, while this table/seat is really cool, I feel it’a over priced.
