This wig is perfect! Color is pretty true to the picture. Quality is simply fantastic! It came in a box (with a cap), soft and very curly. It looked shorter with curls, but I knew I was keeping it right away. I washed it (even though there was NO smell), gently dried it and put flat iron product throughout it. I flat ironed it and was in love with the results. It was actually 16" to 18" straight. It's so full - NO shedding at all, and the quality is nothing short of PERFECT. Trust me when I say - I have been through several wigs claiming to be top quality (and top price) - and have been disappointed so many times. This wig does NOT disappoint - it is, by far; my most FAVORITE wig I now own. This is a real review - no BS. (The pic shown is before the lace was cut) - it looks even better now that it's installed!

After realizing that " medium brown" lace did not match the color in the picture, I requested cancelation through the Amazon app, as I needed a lighter color. Oulaer offered to make the same wig with a lighter, natural looking lace scalp with no additional charge. I accepted and I am pleased. It well made and I would buy again. The only con is the dark brown. I would prefer a medium or golden brown but the blond highlights are good. Edit: brown was not as dark as my lighting made it appear at first. I ended up liking the color. Update: I have ordered this wig several times with the request to customize the lace. Oulaer has been willing to accommodate me each time. I had some issues with the last order. I contacted them and they immediately offered to correct the problem. I opted to not send it back so they compromised by doing an extra quality check and sending pictures of this purchase for my approval before shipping. They then expressed my order no additional charge to me. I recommend them for your wig needs. Their wigs and customer service is great. 2024 Update Review: I have ordered variations of this wig several times as it is a good replica of the way I've worn my hair for years. The customer service is still good especially the prompt response but I'm a little disappointed that the customization of the shade of lace was off. The last 2 times the lace seems to have a light brownish tint that does not work well with my coloring. I returned the first one and kept the second one but I have to use powder in the part to lighten the color. I am impressed with their willingness to try to please the customer even if the effort sometimes fail. I will continue to order from Oulaer. December 20, 2024 Update: I nolonger recommend this wig or company. They still have excellent customer service but the workmanship had deteriorated. There has been quality problems with the last three of these wigs I purchased but their willingness to correct mistakes was impressive and deserved giving them a chance. This time is too much. This wig had scant highlights which I was willing to accept but it began to shed within a week. Now, in approximately one month, the front top on one side of the middle part is bald. I can't use it any more. I had to toss it. I'm disappointed. They have lost a customer. I'm looking for another wig to like and a company with good quality workmanship.

Hair is so soft & BEAUTIFUL this is so NICE. I purchased a $$$$ one and this one is everybit as good for the price. I wear it DAILY, & have washed it a few timers.. I wish you could size down the wig cap it is big and I have it on as tight as it will go so no way I am able to pull it up into a ponytail because the bottom (under) cap is to big you would see it. that being said still a GREAT wig. looks so natural & I started out for the 1st 2 weeks just glueless but it did streach a little so now use the gel or a little wig glue to secure it as it is pulling up around the front hairline.

I love it. It’s so soft . Does not tangle as much . There’s A lot of in short “between “layers of short hairs. Like fillers.? Is it worth the money? Yes. I have washed several times. I have bleached the knots. And I also have straightened it. I’m very pleased. And as I went through the reviews. I wasn’t expecting anything Less . This lace front is beautiful. The hair was 100% Remi human hair. I have been burned with purchasing human hair in the past to discover that only the front was human hair and the back was synthetic.
