My ottoman is over 15 years old. I have a chronic pain condition so I am constantly readjusting my legs and have worn several holes in the decorative fabric. I didn't want learn how to reupholster it, so I started looking for a durable cover. My ottoman dimensions are L31 x W24 x H15. The cover I bought is L29-33 x W24-27 x H15-17. Out of the box, it slipped right over my ottoman. My kids, having heard the Amazon truck, ran in to see what had arrived. They yelled to my wife that I had bought a brand new ottoman. With a single glance, she was a little upset that I had made a new furniture purchase without her, especially since she had wanted to pick out a new ottoman and matching couch. When I pointed out that it was only a cover, she didn't believe me until I pulled the cover back and revealed the old ottoman. It works and looks great.

It would have cost > $300 to replace our ottoman with a similar one, (rectangular, on castors), and maybe half that much to get it reupholstered. We're so glad we found this cover. It looks almost as good as a new custom upholstery job, in a neutral "natural" color that goes with everything and has an interesting textured pattern for visual interest. We've only had it a week so can't speak to durability, but t's easy to put on and stays in place -nice and taut - is machine washable and we can always get a different color if we redecorate. At the price we paid, even if it only lasted a year I'd be happy.

I absolutely love these things. I purchased the dark gray to go over a very large/deep oversize chair I found at a local outlet. The color of the chair was aqua and the rest of my stuff is gray. The seat cover was a bit too small, so I swapped the ottoman cover out and put the seat cover on the ottoman. I little bit awkward, but the ottoman is a (different shade of) gray, so the fact that it only covers the top part isn't a huge issue. I would buy these again in a heartbeat, and am considering getting a second set to have on hand (have pets)

I had a used ottoman from an old furniture set that had a unique design. The design I had in my basement furniture clashed with it. I hated getting rid of it, as I did need a foot stool for my basement area. I found this and was happy. It was easy to put on and made my unusable ottoman useful again. As a matter of fact, when my soon moved into his newly remodeled basement room, my ottoman for the living space disappeared. HMMM, lol, I am just glad it is useful again, and looks much nicer than before.

I love it! I was nervous that the light cream colored cover wouldn't conceal the dark red cushion underneath, but it works splendid! High quality, stretch fabric and fits perfectly. :) haven't had to clean it yet, but I feel optimistic about it being safe in the washer.
