It fell out of my shirt pocket and fell about four feet two days after installing this case, no problems. It also is not a slick case and has kind of a textured feel in the hand. It comes apart in three pieces to make it easy to install and fits the phone perfectly. Just for a note, mine charges just fine on a MagSafe charger without need to remove the case (something I was not sure about). Also, the case came with a code to receive a belt clip to complete the system at no charge (free shipping as well) and I received it from OtterBox withing a few days. As always, OtterBox never fails to disappoint me. I've been happily using OtterBox cases almost exclusively since 2011 and this case is another success. The grip is EXCELLENT and probably one of the best I've had for a phone. Even compared to previous Defender cases for older iPhones, I feel like this one fits snugly in my hand and I can easily use the phone one-handed with minimal to no slipping. They also improved the design of the Defender from previous cases, as it feels less bulky but still feels just as secure and safe for protecting the phone from drops.
