Okay so my case JUST arrived today for my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I opened it and it was a bit bent and curved as seen in my photos. I did put my phone in it and it straightened out (which I posted photos of it straight too) with my phone inside.. but for a case that’s almost $100, it shouldn’t be doing this. I might exchange it or fully return. It’s a shame because the case feels REALLY nice and protective. 27 October 2023 Okay so.. after seeing YouTube videos of everyone else’s Otterbox Defender XT case, theirs are bent too. One YouTuber said the case being very flexible (which is why it’s bent) is probably why the 15 Pro Max version fits better on the phone than the 14 version. So I guess it’s a good thing. I was just afraid it might bend and damage my phone but it won’t since it’s so flexible/ kind of soft. It’s soft enough to mold to your phone but won’t be pulling on it to bend it. Oh and on 22 Oct 2023 I carved pumpkins and got pumpkin juice ALL over my Mountain Frost case. It stained it EVERYWHERE. I was so upset because no matter what I did, it didn’t go away. I’ve attached a photo when it was freshly stained (it’s the last photo where you can see the back of the phone) and you can see the sides are yellow. It was barely noticeable in the photo but very much noticeable in person. Luckily 5 days later today, the stains are almost all gone. They’ve slowly been rubbing off on their own. This case has been amazing so far and I even ordered one for my husband. I wish there were more colors to choose from because I would buy more for sure! And yes there is a lanyard attachment on the bottom left and I use that too. ... show more
