Purchased this cover in Dec 2022 when I got my S22 Ultra. This was the first Otterbox I had ever purchased. Came back in Feb 2023 for the purple one but only used it for a week or so before going back to the pink. As far as look and feel go, I love that it's slim and unobtrusive. I have small hands so it has been pretty easy to hold on to, but it can be on the slick side if I'm not paying attention. The pink is bright and hard to lose track of. 2.5 years later the hard outer plastic is still perfect. The soft inner part is now discolored and definitely shows that it has been used non-stop for over 2 years. It was pretty stiff and difficult to put on and take off at first but after a few times it was much easier. The side buttons work without any problems. It has started sagging significantly where the stylus, mic, and charging port are, which has prompted its retirement. Glad I still had the purple one, however I may purchase another pink just because I like the color so much better. I do have to say I have been impressed with the durability. I have dropped my phone numerous times, both inside on tile and vinyl flooring, as well as outside on concrete. No scratches, scuffs, or broken screens, and no damage of any kind to the screen protector. I did purchase camera lens protectors because there was too much open space for my liking. Even dropping it quite a few times, there is no damage to them and they have never been jarred loose. Overall I am very pleased with this Otterbox and will look for the same model when I finally upgrade phones. ... show more

I came from a S20 Ultra and got a symmetry case free through the retailer with the pre-order of that phone. That original symmetry lasted 2 years. That case has acquired a deep yellow color but is completely undamaged other than the hard plastic back being scratched. Plenty of drops on concrete and hard floors and never cracked a screen or back glass. I ordered a generic case when I pre-ordered my S22 Ultra along with screen protectors and a glass camera protector. I hated the sharp square corners and lack of raised buttons for volume and power and the stylus cutout was too small to pull the S Pen out of the phone. I immediately ordered this symmetry case and have the features I wanted back. The edges are smooth and not uncomfortable to hold. The face edge is a gripper hard rubber material and the back is a hard clear that wraps around the sides half way. The buttons offer firm feedback and are easy to feel but don't stick out too far to accidentally press. The film screen and glass camera protector I ordered DOES work with this case no problem and sit flush. The S Pen is easy to grip with a deeper cutout in the back corner. It's worth the price. I've never made a warranty claim before but don't believe I will have to. ... show more
