I love Otterbox products and I knew I’d like this one. My only complaint, and the reason for taking off one star, is that the plastic flap to access the Apple Pencil charging magnet is really flimsy. It’s hard to open and when I do finally get it open, it comes off. I’m trying it right now with the flap completely removed, but that leaves almost 3/4 of the case open which creates a weak spot for the screen protector and dust can easily migrate under the screen protector. I’m not sure how to remedy this design flaw, but it should be addressed. ... show more

I was given an Otterbox as a gift. The only negative thing I have to say is that it only comes in black, no colors, no design. But I love it. Reason: It really, really protects my iPad. So I put stickers on it to identify it more easily. When I went looking to buy one as a gift, I asked the salesperson (who worked on commission) where they were in the store. He said they didn't sell Otterbox. I asked him about the other ones that were sold there and told him that I wanted it for my 8 year old grandchild. He said, "I wouldn't buy anything other than an Otterbox, especially for a kid." He lost the commission but he was incredibly truthful. Since then I purchased 2 Otterboxes on Amazon for my grandson and granddaughter. BTW, It's a MUST TO BUY IT ON AMAZON. It's far more reasonable than anywhere else! ... show more

When I received the case it came in just a clear plastic bag for packaging, no otter box packaging. The case itself was scuffed in several places and almost looked opened or used... I returned it since it did not appear NIB like it should have. Very disappointing

I’ve always used OtterBox cases on all of my phones and iPads. I feel they offer the best protection and I have yet to break a phone screen. I drop my phone and iPad a lot so having this protection means a great deal to me. I highly recommend OtterBox. Sure the case might not be as pretty, or have as much style as some of the fancy cases but the protection is top notch. Would not use anything else ... show more
