Good shock absorbent when dropped, color is really nice and vibrant but fades/gets darker out on the sides after a year or so, but the quality for the money is pretty good. This is a great case! Back in the days of IPhone 5; I had a case that was completely made of the same material as the sides of this case-and I loved it. The sides are grippy! The MagSafe works great with my Andobil ring! It looks great! The sides are easily scratched and I’ve had it a day so not sure how- doesn’t detract from the case! I love this case so much that I ordered another! I ordered the gold- didn’t like the color. Ordered another black from the UK. This one came yesterday and wasn’t due until 4/18! Super fast shipping! I do like this case because it extends a bit more over the screen and offers great protection. The screen protector I got also helps a lot, so if it falls on something like a rock, it’s much less likely to damage the phone itself. I do wish that when the color transitions at the top, it faded more into a purple rather than a grayish tone, because it makes my phone look a bit gray. But other than that, I love it! ... show more

A lot of cases look as if they will protect your phone. Many are feature rich but protection poor. This case doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles but it is sturdy, not bulky as I feared and has done a great job protecting my large phone even when another case brand that was so worthless the back glass broke within a month. This case protects the back well and the stiff front edges help protect the front better than any case I have had. It is glued together, but the glue hasn’t fallen apart and I think that is because of how rigid the beveled sides are. Otterbox is not as bulky as I thought and is worth the extra cost if protection of the phone is important to you. ... show more

I had a cute thin case on my phone previously but for whatever reason, I really had to fight to get it to charge in my cars wireless charging pad. The only way it would charge was if I removed the case. This case was the answer to everything. Not only does it charge so easy because it is Mag Safe compatible, but it doesn't get covered in muck and smudges like my last case. Its thick, so I can grip my phone easier and if it should slip, I know my phone is protected. I bought the light blue and my iPhone is purple. Looks really cute.
