Let me start by saying I had an oterkin waterproof case for my se 2020 for 3 years that ended up being a daily after my Redbubble cases kept breaking, it worked perfectly never affecting the call quality or volume. This case is much more robust and fits my 16 pro perfectly but I’m on the hunt for a different one. Unless I have the phone on speaker or ear buds in I cannot hear phone calls very well at all, and I do not have hearing issues.
