Flattering Fit and True to Size

I ordered a size medium, and it fits true to size. For reference, I'm 5 feet tall and around 150 pounds, and the medium fits me very well without feeling too tight or overly loose. The material feels soft, smooth, and comfortable, with a nice amount of stretch. I especially like the gathered waist because it gives the dress some shape instead of just hanging straight. The slightly puffed shoulders and long sleeves are also really cute and make a simple brown dress look a little more dressed up. The brown color is rich and looks just like I expected. The length works nicely for my height, which can sometimes be difficult for me with dresses. It's also very versatile. I could easily wear it casually with boots or flats, or dress it up with heels, jewelry, and a belt. It would be especially cute for fall and winter. Overall, I'm very happy with the fit, color, and style. If you're close to my size and wondering about sizing, the medium was a great fit for me.

Comfortable for 5’2”

Very comfortable. I’m 5’2 usually between 145-150lbs, 34C, and almost hitting 40. I wear a 6-8 in pants or a medium. I usually wear a small in tops. I wore it for my graduation. I like how it’s a couple inches above the knee. It’s hard to find lengths that fit well without needing alterations. It has a “slip” underneath so it is not see-through. I like how it has sleeves but it’s not tight against my arms. I wore this in May in Florida heat and it held through just fine. I deleted all the photos of me trying it on. But here ya go! In the photos- I have 2 colors under my gown on hangers— one is navy and the other is the royal blue. I wore the royal blue for graduation. I think this is age-appropriate. I kept the navy as well. I will save it for a wedding event. The colors vary based on the type of lighting. There is a little stretch to it. I felt very comfortable in it all day.

Ready for any occasion

I did not buy this dress for a specific occasion but I will be prepared. It’s dressy but not overdone. Just enough stretch in the fabric and not much wrinkles when I unwrapped it. The sleeves hide a multitude of sins and the best part is you can always shorten them later on. When you look at the model this dress is short, well not on me. I will have to pay to shorten it - a lot. There is a picture of where it hits. Another thing I love is there is enough stretch that I can zip and unzip it myself which is a plus.
