  • For the price you can also lube your butt
These are over $200 plus dollars I would never pay that much I tried for months to find out who makes this jug and pump for OTC even tried some social engineering at OTC headquarters with no luck. While I was figuring how to make my own, Poof one showed up one the warehouse deal for just over $100 ( still too much) but I needed one and it works great used it 3 times now no problems. ... show more

for the price I paid for this I expected great things especially from OTC but this cheap plastic tool is just that cheap it leaks oil out of the top of the pump handle when pumping and takes forever to prime the oil in the engine I do not recommend this tool

  • Gets the job done.... Are slightly more expensive solutions on market that get the job done better!!!
Item manually pumps oil through channels within engine. Pump works well to prime oil pump channels and oil filter. However with the majority of these channels being small in their clearances, the pump lacks power to maintain a good pressure in pushing oil into these regions. Once the pump comes into resistant it allows what I can only describe as flow-by. This flow-by makes the pump strokes useless. The only way to compensate is to pump vigorously. Pumping action does cause some oil to feed up around the shaft of the pump handle causing a bit of a mess. Looking at the materials item is made out of, I can not understand the reason why this pump cost so much. The competitors air pressure system is approximately $20 more, and seem to be a better value. It provides a more uniform pressure, better oil volume and simpler construction. ... show more

  • This worked liked it was supposed to
This worked liked it was supposed to. Seems pricey for what you get, but compared to an engine its a little insurance. Unfortunately it didn't prime the oil pump, which I don't think is an issue with the preluber. This in conjunction with priming the oil pump is what is required.

Excellent primer. Wasn't sure what I was going to think of the plastic construction but my fear were ended as soon as I used it. This will serve our business for years. Wonderful current adapter set for metric threads
