I am 51, and over the past couple years I have had increasing pain and stiffness in my joints. When I'd get up from sitting for an hour, the pain in my ankles, knees, and back were brutal. Also severe pain in my shoulders, elbows, fingers, and back. It was painful and difficult for me to open anything, pick up my purse, do normal everyday tasks. I though, "How am I going to survive for the next 30-50 years like this?". I have tried other glucosamine supplements, no change whatsoever. After 3 days, I started to feel better, but was thinking it was just in my head, how could this make such a huge difference in a few doses. I am now on day 5 and I feel like I did when I was 30! I am confused about the product information. My last bottle, listed to take one tablet per day, the new larger bottle lists to take two tablets per day. Why the Change, for Sundown to push two a day so the customer orders more often. When they changed their formula, they should have stated it to the customer. I will use this product, because it was expensive, but won't buy it again, who knows, the next scam will be take three a day. ... show more
