I’ve been taking these for almost 3 months and I’m very happy, I decided to take them because of the added turmeric. I take the other Osteo bi-flex triple strength supplements and they’ve worked great so why not add something else, plus these are a little cheaper and I can take one of each, instead of two of the other. So far so good! These pills are a little smaller than most of the large supplements nowadays and they have a nice coating so they go down very easily. They don’t have any aftertaste. They have made a big difference in pain relief and the stiffness in my knees, fingers, hands, and wrists and just all over. I've had hand and wrist pain my adult life, having had 4 carpal tunnel surgeries, my hands and fingers were hurting all the time. Even though I still have to use them a lot - they feel much better. I will continue to take these as long as they are available. I hope they will make them in larger quantities. ... show more
