  • Amazing pack
Color: Aloe Green
Bought a cheaper pack on here at first and immediately returned after my first hike (the brand was Teton). This one fits amazingly well. It’s very lightweight. The straps fit and feel perfect. I love the updated feature on the back to help with airflow. I’m 5’3 135ish for reference. I saw this pack in store for $100 so it’s a good deal to order on here. It does not come with a hydration pack but for the price being cheaper on here, that was fine. I ordered the Teton hydration pack. My boyfriend bought a larger Osprey, the Stratos 24 and it’s awesome as well. I could carry it for a longer hike too because the straps adjust based on your height. Safe to say that I’m sticking with Osprey. 👍🏼 ... show more

  • Pretty Durable, Very Versatile.
Color: Black
I don't really consider myself to be very gentle with a lot of my outdoor equipment. That being said I've owned this pack for over 2 years and I've haphazardly thrown scissors and other hard pointy tools into the pockets and haven't had a hole yet. I've thrown a full jug of water in there and ran around some hillsides and never had the straps wear out. I've used it as a camelbak, day pack for hiking, and most recently as a fishing backpack (Although the lures and hooks were in containers and not just sitting in the bag). I think the most I had in the bag at one time was my hammock, 2 twenty foot ratchet straps, my rain fly, an E-tool, an extra fleece jacket, a 36oz water bottle in the side pocket, a poncho, and still had room for plenty of snacks and small misc gear. For a fisherman's reference I can fit three 2x20x10in Plano lure organizers and still have room for a 2.5x3x5 inch trout and crappie box and my 2x3x5 inch fly box on top of that. My favorite feature is the clips on either side of the backpack. You can use it to secure long items in the exterior side pockets or to simply compress the pack for a lower profile (this helps keep weight from shifting and somewhat helps keep the pack from getting caught on brush when hiking). I think I've used these little clips about 70-80% of the times I've taken the pack out. I've secured large fishing nets, large water bottles, small camping chairs, and fishing rods in the side pockets and used the clips to hold them down with no issue. As long as it continues to be durable this pack is worth the money. It's not too bulky or too tiny and can be used however you want to use it. ... show more

  • Nice small pack
Color: Black
Nice for everyday use. Like that it has a removable waist strap. I removed mine as it's not really needed on this small pack. Much tidier without it.

  • Great little day pack
Color: Shiitake Grey
Used this for some quick trips through trails to carry water for us. Works great and more breathable on the back than most packs. Wish I would have had this with me when I was in Colorado!

  • Most comfortable personal item sized backpack I have ever used but needs better organization
Color: Black
So let me first start off by saying that the reason this bag only gets 4 stars is because of the organization. They only give you 3 zippered compartments. The main, the small on on the top maybe large enough for a phone or eye glass case then the one on the bottom for the rain guard if you should even count that. I understand that this is a hiking bag but why not give us a large ziped compartment on the front where we can put some small things or atleast some internal zip pouch that can be used for things like passports. The bag is easily the most comfortable personal item sized backpack I have ever used. Its light weight and the frame helps a ton for support and adds almost no weight. The waist straps are removable and leave a clean look when removed can be used for attaching some gear or hanging bottle. I was also looking at the day light, daylight plus, day light travel, one because they attach to the larger packs and the daylight travel is larger then this bag and has the organization I crave. But there all missing this awesome frame this is why in the end I went with the hike lite. To add some organization to the bag I purchased the Osprey UltraLight Zip Organizer and attached it to the top of the bag with some clips (See my photos). This gave me an great use of the top part of this bag and taking everything out of the front pouch that caused it to sag and not really look nice when the bag was empty. I will mostly be using this for travel and very light hiking I can fit 2 or 3 light jackets/hoddies or one heavy jacket with this set up. I hope this is helpfull to some others.
